sorry...

first of all a fat SORRY for not having posted something for more than 3 months!!!

unfortunately, reality caught us and so we got stuck in normal everyday life with far too much work, django going to school and odessa wanting to be entertained all day long... so, what has happened since django started attending school? 

the weather became much colder. we even had a complete week of rain. temperatures at night can go down below 10 degrees celcius now. on the other hand, the country became very green and even more beautiful. the cities look greener and nicer in "winter". we bought a gas oven to have at least one source for heating. it is really nice in the evenings to lay on the sofa in a cosy and warm room. we found a cat near the place of my office. she is adorable! we called her ücgen, meaning triangle, because she has a lot of white triangles on her fur. yesterday our first rabbit havuc passed away... we are so sad about it. r.i.p., beloved havucli! two weeks ago we got a second rabbit named fussel. at least fussel is still with us. we grow our own salad now, got a palm tree and made a lot of things in the garden. django likes school and is one of the best in his class. he is doing especially well in p.e., no wonder as he is one head taller than all the others ;) at the moment nothing else to report comes to my mind. ah yes, i still wash the clothes by hand.

we also had a traditional christmas, almost like in germany. we went to the south to get a goose and gingerbread, christmas chocolate etc. we had to baking session to make weihnachtsplätzchen and we got a tree from the forrest and decorated it. we had a real christmas feeling in our home, only accompanied by warm spring weather and sunshine all the time. and we went to the sea on december, 25th.

i will post a lot of photos now showing you what has happened during the last month. but we do not want to miss wishing you a belated, but very merry christmas & a great start into the new year 2013!
